This five star reviews going to Christy I believe she's the manager or one of the managers at this location. She helped me the other day when I came inside because the drive-thru looked really busy. I have to say she was a one-woman show! Her customer service skills are off the charts!!! Burger King is lucky to have you. Stay FABULOUS Christy!!!

Ive been to this location 3 times in the past 2 months and the food quality has been perfect every time. Legitimately better quality than every other burger king ive been to in the past 2 years. Keep doing whatever youre doing! The other locations severely need to learn a thing or two from you.

I have been coming In for about 3 months now and I always see an employee handling everything. Cleaning the bathrooms lobby even cashing and getting food. Jessica is by far the hardest worker there. Some of the other employees need to get customer service skills like her. I even overheard her say to her man that something was wrong with his heart. I pray for this couple and hope burgerking does something to help this great employee.

Burger King #897 Order# 36 Drive Thru 7/23/25 Just wanted to say the customer service there was absolutely amazing! Even though they were out of the Vanilla Iced coffee today, they instantly offered Moca- and I appreciate that, it was thoughtful. When I was handed my food, the very nice gentleman said to me “here’s your bag of happiness” How sweet was that!!! I’ll remember that forever . Hands down what fabulous employees you have there! I’ll start getting my iced coffee there now every morning!

I came in and immediately I was welcomed and the atmosphere was amazing. The way the team members were going through the orders was impressive to say the least. Especially the the team member If i remember correctly that had the name Ephrem was so efficient and quick with the orders and when it came time for my turn to order he was so understanding and nice to me. I had difficulties trying to get the order right as it was my first time but he was patient and introduced me to the whole menu nicely. I could tell they were under pressure yet the were good as far as I could see. The food was fantastic and was just what I needed for the day. This was quite the memorable place for me . 10/10 recommended

Burger King is no 5 star restaurant, but I do come to this location occasionally to grab breakfast in the drive thru while on my way to work and an ice coffee which BK actually has good iced coffee. I feel the need to leave a good review because the employees are always really nice each time I have been through drive thru at this location.

What a great play area for the kids. Best in Omaha that we’ve found clean and spacious. The kids just love it here, they are happy to play with other kids and make new friends. Friendly staff, always helpful.
